Presentation of your innovative product / unique selling point

Can you briefly introduce your product and highlight what makes it unique?

1. Tight tolerances in the micrometer range: Our deep-drawn parts offer maximum precision and meet even the most demanding requirements for dimensional accuracy.

2. Small parts, big impact: With external dimensions of less than 1 mm to 92 mm, we produce small components that play an important role in numerous applications, from the automotive industry to medical technology, from electronics to household appliances.

3. Versatile shapes and designs: There are almost no limits to the geometric possibilities of our deep-drawn parts. We design them individually to meet our customers' requirements.

4. Wide range of materials: In addition to standard metals such as steel, aluminum, copper and nickel, we also process alloys such as stainless steel and brass as well as special materials such as molybdenum, niobium and titanium. As a technology leader, we are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible through research and development.

5. Digital solutions and sustainability: STÜKEN offers digital solutions in tool design and toolmaking. With Finite Element Analysis (FEA), our customers benefit from a higher development speed and improved information gathering for decision-making. With the help of a digital twin, they can refine their designs, materials, and other parameters before producing a real prototype.

6. Ready-to-use products: Thanks to our unique range of in-house finishing processes, our products are ready for immediate use and perfectly aligned with our customers' production requirements.

7. Global availability with local production: With locations in Europe, Asia and America, STÜKEN can manufacture and finish products locally. This global presence offers clear advantages, including shorter transport routes, improved supply chain security, and flexible coordination with customers.

Customers who value precision, flexibility and quality choose deep-drawn parts from STÜKEN.

Sustainability

How does your product contribute to the promotion of sustainable production or industry, particularly in relation to our theme 'Energising a sustainable industry'?

STÜKEN's core competencies – deep drawing and stamping – are synonymous with efficient resource use and minimal material consumption. Our products not only meet the highest quality standards but also actively contribute to resource conservation. Compared to subtractive manufacturing methods like machining and turning, deep drawing significantly reduces material usage and avoids the use of harmful substances. In the production of a typical STÜKEN deep-drawn part, nearly 90% of the CO₂ emissions are attributed to the raw material, making the process particularly resource-efficient. And of course, metal parts are 100% recyclable.

Digitalization also plays a crucial role: intelligent process and manufacturing simulations further optimize resource use. By applying Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and utilizing a digital twin, we can reduce costs and accelerate processes. Our advanced design models simulate the behavior, functionality, and quality of the final product from all relevant perspectives. This enables valuable feedback before the production of physical prototypes, resulting in significant time savings during the development phase.

Future outlook

How do you see the future development of your product, especially with regard to the growing demand for sustainable solutions in industry?

The rapid developments in mobility, sustainability, and energy policy are increasing the importance of supplier competence for our customers. As a long-term and strategic partner, STÜKEN builds on its innovation and expertise. Our strong focus on research and development enables us to continuously explore new opportunities. For example, we monitor the development of new materials to expand our range of deep-drawn parts and deliver innovative components for future-oriented applications.

Forward-looking investments in buildings, production facilities, warehouse technology, and transport systems ensure our competitiveness. We consistently leverage the advantages of digitalization and automation to ensure the highest quality, short lead times, and maximum flexibility for our customers. With production sites in Germany, the Czech Republic, the USA, China, and soon India, we manufacture and finish products locally. This global presence shortens transport routes and helps reduce CO₂ emissions. At the same time, we continually analyze and optimize our production processes to further reduce CO₂ emissions and act more sustainably.

The deep drawing process offers significant cost advantages, especially in high-volume production, and is an efficient alternative to subtractive processes such as turning. This is complemented by our unique range of in-house finishing processes, which we continuously develop. This innovative power enables us to provide our customers with new, more efficient, and higher-performance solutions.

Through advanced technology, resource-efficient processes, and the creation of added value, we aim to inspire our customers sustainably and support them in their challenges.
