Its portfolio includes software development, IT process optimization, application management, middleware integration, and the modernization of existing application infrastructures. Through the acquisition of LMIS, Knipex gains direct access to the competencies available there and can thereby drive forward their digital transformation more effectively. The software developer, on the other hand, will benefit from a direct view of the company’s internal production processes and structures and optimize its own range of solutions accordingly.
