With twinsphere, Nuremberg-based conplement AG offers an innovative platform that helps companies to efficiently create digital twins and use them along the entire value chain. The improvements presented in Hannover include the new twinstudio for easy creation of AAS, the data room connection to Catena-X and Factory-X, and solutions for the replacement and successor product process. In particular, machine and component manufacturers, service providers and production companies should benefit from this standardized, interoperable and cloud-based solution.

complement considers the real highlight of the trade fair to be the new twinstudio – an innovative tool that is designed to enable the creation of administration shells and partial models without in-depth knowledge of the AAS meta-model. This is particularly interesting for companies with brownfield environments or existing plants. The developers of twinstudio offer two central tools: the Instance Builder enables an intuitive, guided creation of administration shells and partial models. The Template Designer allows existing partial model templates to be customized. Thanks to seamless integration into twinsphere, twinstudio makes it easier for small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) in particular to enter the world of AAS.

At the fair, conplement will also demonstrate how twinsphere specifically supports industry. The Digital Product Passport (DPP) enables transparent and standardized documentation of product data over the entire lifecycle – essential for upcoming EU regulations on sustainability and product responsibility. As part of the LNI 4.0 testbed and by supporting the Factory-X Walk, twinsphere shows how production data can be standardized and shared worldwide via data spaces such as Catena-X or Factory-X. In addition, the new enterprise search for technical data optimizes spare parts management and maintenance processes by enabling intelligent identification of replacement and successor products.
