What problem does the product solve?

Customer requirements are integrated directly online into the production process of elastic tension straps. The visitors configure their desired variant at the terminal of the turnkey system. This system flexibly produces the different variants of the tension straps from shot to shot with a vertical ALLROUNDER 375 V injection moulding machine. A six-axis robotic system handles the inserts and finished parts.

Can these benefits be expressed in numbers (e.g. process is 30% more efficient)?

The manufacturer of plastic products can use the economical injection moulding process, which is predestined for large quantities, for the flexible production of individualized products in mass production. Customer requests can be integrated online into the production process (example for web shop).

To what extent does the product reflect the idea of integration (of employees, external business partners, processes)?

The customer or product request are transferred from the input terminal via the OPC UA communication platform to the central SELOGICA control system of the injection moulding machine, in which the six-axis robot is also integrated.
