Equipped with a self-supporting profile made of extruded, anodized and hardened aluminum, a double guidance system, and a rack and pinion drive, the Tecline linear units are capable of reaching speeds of 3.5 m per second and accelerations of 10 m per second squared. The linear units also boast a repeatability of ±0.05 mm, enabling them to handle loads of up to 2,000 kg precisely, quickly and quietly. The products' robust design is also said to guarantee a long service life and low noise levels, while keeping maintenance requirements low and performance reliable - even in dirty environments. To enable users to quickly create systems comprising multiple units, such as pick-and-place modules, ROLLON offers a wide selection of easy-to-assemble profiles up to 360 mm in length. What’s more, customers can choose between automation components with prismatic roller bearings (PAR model) or recirculating ball guides (PAS model), as appropriate to their particular application.
