Z-Systems GmbH from Schweinfurt in Franconia develops standardised and individual HR concepts for the optimisation of corporate processes and supports its customers in the optimisation of individual and innovative remuneration systems. For this purpose, experienced consultants analyse the status quo, advise on necessary optimisations and changes if required and accompany the company in the implementation and introduction of corresponding (system) processes. Furthermore, thanks to an in-house software unit, Z-Systems can develop individually adapted components that harmonise optimally with the respective existing systems.
