With the acquisition, the Linz-based automation specialist KEBA AG continues to grow and is expanding the Group's workforce from 1,200 to more than 1,700 employees. The company has been cooperating closely for a number of years with LTI Motion in the field of automation solutions. Founded in 1971, LTI Motion has been part of the technology group Körber since 2013 and is a specialized supplier of drive solutions in the field of machine manufacturing. Based in Lahnau, Hesse, the company has locations in Europe and China. The company Heinz Fiege GmbH from Röllbach in Bavaria, on the other hand, is a specialist for application-related spindle technology.

"The portfolios of KEBA and LTI Motion complement each other perfectly," explains Gerhard Luftensteiner, CEO of KEBA AG. By pooling know-how, technology and sales, the company can now offer comprehensive solutions from a single source, from operation to control and safety technology to drive technology tailored to the respective sector.
