LEANTECHNIK has been developing high-performance rack and pinion lifting gears for automation technology for more than 20 years. In addition to the production and sale of rack and pinion screw jacks from the two product series lifgo and lean SL, the Oberhausen-based company also designs and manufactures partially completed and ready-to-function systems under the product name leantranspo.

The lifgo hp rack and pinion gearbox now being presented at HANNOVER MESSE 2024 has an absolute positioning accuracy of up to two µm - that's a fraction of the thickness of a human hair. One of the main reasons for this precision is the helical gearing of the rack and pinion gearbox. It also ensures that the rack moves very quietly and can be loaded evenly. This leads to a longer service life for the gearbox. The infinitely adjustable tooth flank clearance also contributes to the precision of the lifgo hp. In addition to the high positioning accuracy, the rack and pinion gearboxes are characterized by high rigidity - even with long strokes. LEANTECHNIK manufactures the lifgo hp series rack and pinion gearboxes in various designs with lifting forces between 1,800 and 22,600 Newtons. The gearboxes achieve a lifting speed of up to three meters per second and have a very compact design.

LEANTECHNIK's lifting and positioning systems will also be on display at the trade fair stand in Hanover. Under the name LEANTECHNIK SYSTEMS, the Oberhausen-based company will be presenting its entire range of gantry, gantry, shuttle and pick-and-place systems. The systems are designed and manufactured exactly according to customer requirements. They are available as part-finished or ready-to-function versions.
