Pfeiffer Vacuum, based in Asslar, Germany, is one of the world's leading developers, manufacturers and suppliers of vacuum technology and leak testing solutions. The Hessian company's portfolio includes leak detectors for air, specific tracer gases and operating equipment. According to its own statement, the company stands for broad application knowledge, innovative testing technology, high quality standards and first-class customer service. In addition to a complete range of leak testing devices, Pfeiffer Vacuum offers all vacuum technology components for setting up production-integrated or stand-alone test stations.

The newly launched HiCube Neo vacuum pumping unit with a pumping speed of 80 to 800 liters per second is particularly suitable for demanding high-vacuum and ultra-high-vacuum applications, according to Pfeiffer Vacuum. With a selection of different backing pumps such as diaphragm, rotary vane, scroll and multi-stage Roots pumps, the HiCube can be prepared for a wide range of applications. The new turbopumping station can therefore be used in industrial and research & development applications. Typical areas of application range from gas analysis and the calibration of measuring tubes to vacuum furnaces or the pumping of cryostats. Whether as a compact desktop solution or as a stand-alone unit - according to Pfeiffer Vacuum, the HiCube Neo can be flexibly adapted to the respective requirements.

Thanks to its plug-and-play concept, the HiCube Neo is ready for immediate use. Florian Henß, Product Manager at Pfeiffer Vacuum, on the company's latest product: "The HiCube Neo is a leap forward in every respect. Its strengths lie in its extended functions and user-oriented design. The intuitive 7-inch touchscreen, remote control via a web server and detailed data recording are just some of the features that make it particularly user-friendly and efficient." The open design also facilitates maintenance and access to components. In addition, the energy-efficient stand-by mode of the backing pump reduces energy consumption and thus operating costs.
