The world's first drill extinguishing device, made possible by Altair tools and 3D printing, will be presented. Interested visitors to the Altair stand will be able to see how simulation-driven design can save lives.

Altair will also be focusing on the topic of AI-powered engineering. Visitors to HANNOVER MESSE 2024 will be able to see how lightweight construction, functional requirements and manufacturability can be harmonized with AI-supported generative design using the example of a megacasting rear structure. Under the heading "AI for the factory floor", Altair will also be showcasing no-code solutions that enable AI initiatives without a large team of data scientists or expensive services. In this way, supply chains can be harmonized, maintenance work planned and warranty processes optimized.
