According to the manufacturer, the PhoXi 3D camera (MotionCam-3D) boasts the highest resolution and is the most precise 3D camera in the world. It is based on Photoneo's patented parallel-structured-light technology, which is implemented via a self-fabricated CMOS image sensor. The camera's strength is the innovative 3D detection of moving objects. Among other things, it enables fast scanning in individual images at speeds of up to 40 m/sec. A special depth-coding technology with true pixel measurement enables its high precision and resolution. The camera can be used both indoors and outdoors under direct sunlight.

The Bratislava-based company's victory at the Vision Award 2018 was nevertheless not completely unexpected: as early as the European Innovation Summit (EIS) in Brussels in November 2017, Glowfly and Knowledge4Innovation had already placed the company on the list of the top 50 European companies driving forward Europe's technical future.
