With these sensors, the Mannheim-based company is presenting a new approach in the field of inductive sensor technology. The proximity switches with integrated condition monitoring functions determine not only the position but also, for the first time, the speed and acceleration of damping elements. They monitor critical process steps such as braking, acceleration, and opening or closing operations. This makes them ideal for predictive maintenance.

With a switching frequency of up to 1,400 hertz, the inductive sensors provide reliable measurement even in high-speed applications with object speeds of up to three meters per second.
