FAST comprises standard software building blocks plus application templates, that Lenze uses to support its customers in the efficient development of control programs. The (re-)use of tried and tested function and technology modules not only prevents errors in development and thus efficiently lowers costs, it also frees up valuable time for executing, testing and commissioning machine features with which engineers can create key advantages for their customers.
