At this year's HANNOVER MESSE, Deutsche Messe is conducting interviews with HANNOVER MESSE visitors as part of its Customer Centricity (CX) program.

The aim of the interviews is to find out which topics, offers and services need to be developed further, so that our visitors leave the fair satisfied and are happy to return.

Questions during the interviews are, for example:

  • What criteria determine a visit to the fair?
  • How do visitors prepare for their visit to the fair?
  • What services do you miss?
  • The interviews will take place in the Visitor DOME in Hall 15, Stand A28 . The exhibition area is divided into the DOME itself, where the interviews will take place and a Foto Box , which visitors can use for their social activities.

    Deutsche Messe will be supported in the interviews by the Hanover-based usability agency usability.de .
