The company has always attached great importance to technological innovation and product research and development, employs R&D personnel, and carries out R&D work with the concept of innovative design and innovative service. In the company's organisational structure, the Technology Centre is the management and implementation department of R&D, consisting of the R&D Department, the New Equipment Development Department, and the Testing Department. There are currently 51 scientific and technological professionals, including 4 with senior professional titles or doctoral degrees and 7 with intermediate or master's degrees. The entire R&D work is dominated by project development, and the division of labour and cooperation between different departments not only enriches the professional knowledge structure, but also complements each other's strengths.
