3D Laser Scanning
“3D laser scanning” for us means the precise digital as-built documentation of industrial plants, machinery and complex industrial facilities. Using advanced 3D scanning technology, we capture existing installations with millimeter accuracy and generate high-resolution point clouds as a reliable foundation for as-built planning in mechanical and plant engineering.
The acquired scan data is converted into structured CAD models and serves as a solid basis for retrofit planning, extensions and modernization projects within existing facilities. By accurately capturing real geometries, planning errors are reduced, collisions are avoided and projects in existing plants can be prepared efficiently and reliably.
Our 3D scanning basic package includes up to 20 scan positions for €1,950 within a 100 km radius. The millimeter-accurate as-built data enables secure planning in existing facilities, and all scan data is provided online via a web-based 3D viewer.
