Elexo Copper Braids are high-conductivity flexible copper conductors supplied as raw material in coils or reels, ready for further processing and customization.
Manufactured from Cu-ETP copper (Ø 0.10 or 0.20 mm wires), they are available in:
Flat braids
Round braids
Twisted flexible cables
Bare or tin-plated versions
Standard cross-sections range from 6 mm² up to 300 mm² with current ratings according to IEC standards.
Copper braids are widely used for the production of:
Flexible connectors
Grounding straps
Laminated shunts
High-current connections
Power distribution components
Other conductor and/or special braid materials and structure on demand
Packed in roll or reel depeding of requested quantity
