The BlueHeart engine provides versatility in sustainable heating and cooling while avoiding ATEX-related safety costs. This radical new solution operates at peak performance at low (-20ºC) & medium (80ºC) temperature ranges and removes the need for additional safety measures.
As climate change becomes an increasingly alarming issue, the EU continues its efforts in tackling this problem with the ban of environmentally damaging refrigerants (F-gases), starting January 2027. This change forces industries to shift to other natural refrigerants and transition to sustainable heating and cooling solutions. These refrigerants have limitations and introduce safety risks, such as propane, a highly flammable gas.
The BlueHeart engine provides a unique solution to tackle safety risks by introducing revolutionary technology. What the BlueHeart engine unlocks:
YOU TELL US: Industrial processes are unique and diverse. We deliver a heating and cooling engine that is safe, silent and flexible at a temperature range of -20°C to 80°C. BlueHeart is interested in learning more about your unique challenge and discovering how our standardized heating engine will solve your unique problem. Meet with us on our booth in the NL Pavilion at the Hannover Messe.
LOWER CAPEX: In many industrial processes, introducing flammable, toxic or highly pressurized refrigerants creates a need for additional safety measures. The BlueHeart engine does not contain a flammable refrigerant and has a limited pressure class (PED II). It therefore reduces safety risks for your industrial processes.
EASE OF COMPLIANCE: No flammable or toxic refrigerants ensures compliance with upcoming regulations concerning F-gasses. This prevents the need for additional ATEX measures and provides an easier way to introduce sustainability in your operations and processes.
