DILICO CURR TEMP measures the distributed currents and temperatures within the quickCONNECTfixture single-cell test system offered by balticFuelCells GmbH for the characterisation of fuel cells and electrolysers. The measurement method visualises the different effects on the current and temperature distribution such as drying, flooding, thermal hotspots, undersupply of gases, the behaviour of the contact pressure of the cell and the ageing behaviour in different regions of the membrane over the membrane surface.
DILICO CURR TEMP for the baltic quickCONNECTfixture is available for both 25 cm² and 50 cm² cell areas and measures not only the distributed current and temperature but also the individual cell voltage and has connections for five temperature sensors for the media circuits. The licence-free software stores and visualises the distributed currents and temperatures over the cell area and outputs a range of statistical key figures. The electronics and all connection cables are included as standard, so that the customer only needs to provide a USB port.
DILICO CURR TEMP for the baltic quickCONNECTfixture is a cost-effective measuring system for characterising galvanic cells and their cell components in order to obtain maximum information from inside the cell during operation.
