The balancing module is available as a separate license option for PeakStore5 and enables operational balancing of a machine with one or two balancing planes. The balancing accuracy class is calculated in accordance with DIN ISO 21940-11. Since balancing is performed using order analysis, high-precision balancing can be carried out even at variable speeds.
The calculation of the balancing quality class can be based on vibration acceleration and vibration velocity signals. Test and balancing masses can be located at fixed or variable positions at different rotor radii. The removal of masses can also be calculated.
To achieve optimal minimization of the rotor’s residual imbalance, up to five validation measurements are possible, with new balancing grades and balancing weights calculated for each. Clear polar plots summarize the results of the entire balancing process. The entire balancing process is fully documented in a balancing report.
