Laser cutting: Speed and precision are the major advantages of the TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 and BySmart Fiber 3015 8kW machine. We process steel, stainless steel, aluminium (up to 30 mm) and copper, brass, bronze (up to 12 mm).
Water jet cutting: The modern FLOW Mach 500 machine is used to cut thicknesses from 0,05 mm up to 300 mm. The advantage of water jet cutting is the ability to process both metal and non-metal materials (polymers, rubber etc.). The clear water jet is used when processing soft materials. An abrasive substance needs to be added when cutting harder and stronger materials. Materials are not thermally stressed and microfissures do not occur.
Bending and Forming: Challenging inquiries in the area of bending and forming can be dealt with because of the new technology of CNC product bending on the bending machine TruBend 5170. Bending length is up to 3050 mm and the maximum material thickness is 6 mm.
