Many customer installations (e.g., in industrial parks or commercial sites) must be critically reviewed in light of ECJ case law to determine whether their status as a customer installation can still be upheld or whether they should be transferred into a regulated grid. The dynamically changing legal and regulatory framework (EnWG, BNetzA requirements and the MsbG) makes compliant grid operation complex and risky.
GETEC grid solutions supports the transition from customer installations to regulated grids and provides specialised commercial grid services for industrial grids and sites, including metering point operation, energy data management and distribution grid balancing, asset and regulatory management, as well as grid fee calculation.
