The TraWeBa project, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, aims to identify technology trends and expertise along the entire battery value chain. This expertise is made available to SMEs in the automotive industry and associated sectors in a comprehensible, transparent and efficient manner. In Lower Saxony, the focus is on simulation games on material flows and regulations (‘battery pass’), battery recycling and 2nd use, as well as secure energy storage, even in the event of a crisis. We connect the players with their knowledge and experience and integrate additional or new partners into the battery ecosystem. This creates new perspectives for development and cooperation.
