Production orders are planned step by step with PSIpenta/MES Sequencing - from the rough weekly allocation to the exact daily production sequence. Both planning specifications and current feedback from production are taken into account. The result is a balanced, realistic production sequence that can be adjusted at any time.
PSIpenta/MES Scheduling allows you to plan sequences per work center and thus define specific processing sequences. The software takes into account the available capacities and thus plans against finite capacities.
With the workflow-based MES, PSI is the technical leader. Workflows are used to control processes across all applications. This means that processes can be adapted to new requirements extremely quickly and without programming.
