In the wayPRO project planning tool, all projects are stored centrally and can be processed in real time. Every person responsible for planning has access to this project data up-to-date and at any time. wayPRO shows dependencies and identifies scheduling and capacity conflicts, for example, when different projects draw on the same resources. In combination with our wayRTS module, the project manager additionally recognizes whether the components required for a project phase are available on time. Special features are

The functional scope of wayPRO is based on the classic network planning technique. The scheduling of activities can be mapped flexibly in the activities. In addition, the person responsible is free to plan the project forwards or backwards and to schedule individual activities in a fixed manner or to orientate themselves to the entire network by means of relationships when scheduling them. The results of the scheduling are immediately available thanks to the software's real-time data processing, for example when displaying the critical path within a project.
Unlike conventional tools of this type, when editing a network, a wayPRO user does not lock it for other planners. Only the changed elements are updated on the way server. In addition, each participant has the option of integrating changes made by other users into his or her own network plan and assessing the corresponding effects.
