Industrial V-belts include common, narrow, wide, large-angle, and variable-speed V-belts. Among them, the common and narrow V-belts are the most widely used.
By adopting high-performance Kevlar® aramid cords and polyester wire rope as tensile members, our V-belts feature high strength, extremely low elongation, extended service life, excellent dimensional stability, and superior resistance to bending and wear. These characteristics enable them to better meet the demanding requirements of modern mechanical power transmission systems.
Our products are manufactured with a cloth-wrapped construction. The belts are cut in batches and wrapped with fabric under air pressure. The circular molded rubber sheath is vulcanized in a single process. Our advanced production technology effectively ensures stable and reliable product quality, guaranteeing that all physical and mechanical performance indexes comply with international standards.
