Invite your Customers to the Show!
A personalized invitation with a complimentary ticket is the key to getting your customers and partners to visit your booth. We provide free e-tickets and a variety of promotional materials for your invitation campaigns. Offer your guests an added value with free admission and use this opportunity for more attention and a successful appearance at HANNOVER MESSE.
Successful Invitation Management
Exhibitor Service Center
The "Exhibitor Service Center" (ESC) allows you to easily control and monitor your invitation management with complimentary tickets and campaigns.
You can find your access to the ESC in the Exhibitor Shop. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance.
Ordering Ticket Codes
The Exhibitor Shop is an easy and free way to order ticket codes that you can use to invite your customers. You can save individual ticket codes with each contingent and use them multiple times. We will then make the ticket codes available in the ESC for your campaigns.
Use the ESC to invite your customers directly by email with a free ticket. You can create different campaigns and use the templates provided for the invitation mailings.
Advertising Materials for your Campaigns
For your invitation campaigns and marketing activities, we provide you with free advertising materials including logos, graphics, banners and other HANNOVER MESSE visuals. For example, you can use the link we provide in an advertising campaign or a banner on your website.
Take advantage of all the opportunities to promote your presence at the show.
Manage the Success of your Campaigns
A visitor dashboard gives you an overview of the success of your campaign. You can keep an eye on your ticket quotas, invitation statistics and registration rates at all times.
Approximately 12 weeks prior to the show, we will provide your customers' registration data as an Excel file for download in the ESC.During the event, you can track how many of your customers have already visited the show.
