Engineered Parts & Solutions
The supplier industry is and remains the backbone of industrial production. In the Engineered Parts & Solutions area, they present themselves as development partners to the manufacturing industry on an equal footing. Visitors from the mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and automotive sectors are looking for innovative suppliers in order to remain competitive themselves. Lightweight construction plays a key role as a driver for resource and energy efficiency.
Join us and shape the industry of tomorrow
Lighter, more robust, more intelligent: Every industry is striving to reduce its material and energy requirements in order to remain competitive. Accordingly, visitors from the mechanical engineering and automotive sectors are looking for new materials and manufacturing processes that make ever lighter components of ever higher quality possible. The Engineered Parts & Solutions area is therefore regarded as a solutions and innovation trade fair in a global industry. Here you will successfully present products and processes from the fields of casting, solid and sheet metal forming, machining, processes for non-metals, joining and surface technologies to over 23,000 trade visitors.
Nowhere is the opportunity to open up new markets across sectors as great as here.

Group Pavilions
At the "Craft trades & Hightech" joint stand, companies from the mechanical engineering and plant construction sectors will be presenting sophisticated innovative products and complex system solutions.
In Germany, around 20,000 companies are active as craft suppliers. They employ an average of 27 people per company. This means that over 500,000 skilled workers are employed in craft supplier companies. Approximately 50 % of the capacity of craft suppliers is tied up in industrial orders. These come primarily from the areas of: Mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, chemical industry, precision mechanics, environmental protection.
The extent to which the general global economic situation is dependent on functioning national and international value-added and supply chains has not been as clear for a long time as it is today: political uncertainties, high energy and raw material prices and still noticeable pandemic-related consequences are important indicators that have a massive impact on everyday economic life in small and medium-sized companies.
Even if the trade show business is subject to significant change as a result, a good trade show is still the first address for acquisition and the ideal place for personal contacts - with plenty of room for good business.
The German Confederation of Skilled Crafts (ZDH) and the Münster Chamber of Skilled Crafts are therefore once again offering a joint stand for interested supplier companies from the mechanical and plant engineering sector in 2024. Under the motto "Handwerk & Hightech" you are cordially invited to use the Hannover Messe as a stage for your ideas and innovations, as an efficient instrument for customer acquisition and customer retention.
You too can present your company! Make your innovative products and complex system solutions tangible with all your senses - live on site in Hannover.
Meeting place for cross-industry dialogue.
The five trend topics which constitute HANNOVER MESSE 2024 offer an excellent platform for presenting lightweight design techniques and materials. Managers, engineers, buyers, R&D personnel and scientists exchange ideas and know-how every year in a dialogue with exhibitors at exhibit sector Engineered Parts & Solutions. In addition, the world’s leading trade fair for industrial technology attracted numerous political delegations from all over the globe and generated extensive coverage in the international media. Thanks to its central location, the Lightweight Construction Pavilion benefits from very high footfall. Hall 4 is ideally integrated into the visitor circuit of the exhibition area. Trade visitors and exhibitors are able to directly compare materials and processes due to the comprehensive way in which they are presented.

"Additive Manufacturing leads to technological progress"
In the 8th AM Symposium at Hannover Messe, experts report on successful applications of additive manufacturing in the industrial environment. Technology that was barely noticed by industry a few years ago has now become a success factor. Resources, increased efficiency, innovation or simply "advanced technologies" - additive manufacturing is in many cases an important "enabler" to overcome challenges related to efficiencies, maintenance or short development times.
At the symposium, technology providers and users will have their say, reporting together on application examples of additive manufacturing. The diversity of the processes and also the wide range of applications in modern product development, manufacturing and use will be highlighted.
