“Could you imagine working with a robot if it carried out routine tasks for you?” was one of the questions posed by the Innofact market research institute on behalf of Bosch as part of a representative survey. Only 22% of the respondents ruled this out completely, while 50% could easily imagine a scenario of this sort. However, knowledge about artificial intelligence and its everyday use is not yet very well developed in Germany: 85% of Germans have no clear picture of where such systems are in use and 53% know only very vaguely what artificial intelligence means. 1,022 people aged between 18 and 69 were surveyed across Germany.
