At HANNOVER MESSE 2025, PTC will be presenting AI-supported solutions that open up new possibilities for manufacturing companies to develop, manufacture and maintain their products. In Hall 17 at Stand D40, visitors will experience a series of live demos covering topics such as AI technology, digital thread, digital twin, sustainable product development and the Onshape Apple Vision Pro Experience.

The centerpiece of the trade show presentation is a comprehensive demonstration of the digital thread. A Vestas wind turbine is used as an exhibit to show how the Danish manufacturer uses PTC's AI-powered digital thread solutions. The solutions create a closed system based on powerful ALM and PLM.

The demo follows the entire lifecycle of a turbine – from vibration alerts from a wind farm, to remote sensing, engineering redesign, simulation, manufacturing, inspection and on-site implementation. The connected data flow across the entire product lifecycle helps ensure real-time collaboration and improved decision-making through comprehensive data analysis.
