A shrewd head towers above everything
Thanks to the intelligent, higher-level airtelligence provis 3 integrated control system from BOGE, compressors, accessories and compressed air networks are to work even more efficiently in an unlimited number of ways.20 Mar 2023
BOGE KOMPRESSOREN from Bielefeld has already made a name for itself as a manufacturer of industrial compressors and compressed air systems. In addition to screw and piston compressors in oil-lubricated and oil-free versions, BOGE's portfolio also includes scroll and turbo compressors, compressed air treatment, control systems and heat recovery as well as customised special solutions. Firmly rooted in East Westphalia for several generations, the BOGE family, with more than 450 employees on site, develops perfectly tailored compressed air solutions for every need, meeting the most diverse requirements and the highest demands. The family-owned company, which operates worldwide, maintains numerous sales offices and subsidiaries which ensure that international customers also receive the same comprehensive service as the home market.
At HANNOVER MESSE 2023, BOGE will soon be showcasing a number of projects and new developments, including the airtelligence provis 3, with which the East Westphalians intend to set new standards for the interconnected control of air compressors. According to BOGE, the latest version of the intelligent control system allows an unlimited number of compressors, compressed air networks and accessory components to be controlled and managed in a forward-looking and consumption-based manner. A powerful panel PC with a 15.6 inch display turns the system into a ready-to-connect complete solution into which even older compressors can be easily integrated. In addition, the control system supports the platform-independent architecture OPC-UA, enables an energy audit with performance measurement, cost verification and reporting and thus optimises the efficiency of the entire compressed air system.
