In this context, the HellermannTyton team at HANNOVER MESSE 2024 will be showcasing its leading cable tie application tools, from the new battery-powered ProCut cable tie gun to the versatile CPK hybrid and ATS flex automatic bundling systems, which can be used both manually and fully integrated in automated production.

HellermannTyton sees one of the highlights of HANNOVER MESSE 2024 as the unique ATS flex system, which is operated by a robotic arm. The ATS flex can apply a cable tie ten times faster than a human and avoids the cut-off tape that is pointlessly left over when applying conventional cable ties. This innovation therefore not only increases efficiency, but also makes a noticeable contribution to reducing waste. The company estimates that 100 kilograms of tape waste can be saved for every 150,000 cable ties used.

In addition to conserving resources, HellermannTyton is working to minimize the environmental impact of the products it offers its customers. At HANNOVER MESSE 2024, the company will be presenting climate-friendly material options. For example, parts can be made from polypropylene or bio-based polymers, which significantly reduce the product's carbon footprint compared to a nylon counterpart.
