Thanks to its extensive configuration options, the HELULIGHT SMART PROCESS from Swabian cable specialist HELU is extremely flexible and suitable for visualizing numerous processes: the colors, brightness, and direction of the RGB running light can be freely configured and adapted to the respective application. The selected settings are permanently stored using a memory function. This preserves both the individual color coding and the optimum luminous intensity for different environments. Analog control with 4 to 20 milliamps ensures compatibility with all common controllers (PLC) and facilitates integration into almost any machine or system.
The signal light can be mounted on the outside of the machine housing or inside the interior, and is connected via a standard M8 plug. The wide voltage input range of 18 to 30 volts ensures reliable operation even with longer supply lines and voltage drops. The clear visualization of operating states increases process reliability, reduces operating errors and downtime, and thus supports noticeable productivity gains.
The range of applications extends from the display of processing progress in cycle-based processes to level indicators on tanks, containers, or dosing systems to temperature and status indicators in testing and production facilities. HELULIGHT SMART PROCESS is also suitable as a visual fault or alarm signal along production lines.
