The IT service provider adesso is leveraging its AI expertise and collaborating with Salesforce to pave the way for companies to become agentic enterprises. To this end, adesso is setting up a new competence unit called “Agentic Enterprise.” This unit is designed to help companies use Salesforce AI agents profitably and enable efficient collaboration between employees and AI agents. The focus is on intelligently connecting existing IT architectures with innovative technologies, utilizing existing company data, leveraging the power of modern LLMs (large language models), and providing a deep understanding of business processes and change management.

To this end, adesso is contributing comprehensive expertise from various domains: from backend systems such as SAP, data platforms such as Snowflake, Google, or AWS, to integration solutions such as MuleSoft or Informatica, as well as the areas of data governance, security, and customer experience management. This networking creates the technical and organizational foundations on which autonomous AI agents can create measurable added value for companies.

The new unit is aimed at customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Initially, the focus will be on the manufacturing, financial services, and life sciences industries. Customers are set to benefit in all areas: the technological portfolios of the Salesforce platform—with Agentforce and Data360 at their core—will be combined with adesso's broad technology and integration expertise and in-depth industry knowledge.
