The robot's long reach reaches every point of the pallet and allows a stacking height of 2 m on a standard Euro pallet. A safety fence is not required thanks to the safe operation, so the robot can be easily integrated into existing environments in a space-saving way, despite people and forklift traffic. Yaskawa also simplifies programming with the advanced "Smart Pendant" operator interface. The newly developed Smart Pattern Wizard software guides the operator through the individual steps to create different palletizing patterns. Using a few reference points and pattern information, the Wizard creates the robot program, which can then continue to be conveniently edited in the Wizard. Those who prefer to use traditional programming as well as professional tools can also do so via the Teach Pendant as well as the comprehensive PalletSolver software. Fast commissioning with the Yaskawa Ecosystem Due to its standard connection flange, common in the cobot world, as well as its media cables (inputs and outputs, Ethernet and two air lines) routed in the arm, equipping the robot with grippers and accessories has never been easier.
