The Siemens showcase includes the following AI technologies that support and optimize the entire life cycle of pharmaceutical production:
Engineering - creating a digital twin of existing plants using Industrial Copilots. The Industrial Copilot for the TIA Portal from Siemens is a generative AI-supported assistant for automation engineers using the TIA Portal. It helps engineers to create SCL code more quickly, answer engineering questions and create HMI visualizations.
Operation - With the AI-based Simatic eaSIe chatbot, technicians and maintenance staff can communicate with the system via chat or voice interaction and access relevant data from a pharmaceutical plant. This makes maintenance easier, more reliable and safer. Documentation is also kept up to date at all times.
Predictive maintenance - Senseye Predictive Maintenance (SiePA) automatically analyzes plant data and increases productivity through AI-supported recommendations for action in understandable language. SiePA not only monitors the operating data of the plant itself, but also analyzes the process around the plant, enabling early detection of changes in plant behavior and better operating and maintenance decisions.
Store floor management - The Siemens Industrial Copilot for the store floor supports operators, service technicians and maintenance engineers by providing transparent access to relevant factory information.
