ELGi will be showcasing its advanced compressed air solutions at HANNOVER MESSE 2023 with a comprehensive portfolio of oil-free, oil-lubricated compressors and clever accessories designed to reflect the principle of "Efficiency at Our Core".

Years well spent

Return to presence fair accompanied by strong product portfolio

In the "Compressed Air & Vacuum" theme area in Hall 4 (Stand D31) at HANNOVER MESSE 2023, ELGi aims to impress with a wide range of energy-efficient compressed air solutions. These include the ELGi AB-series portfolio of oil-free air compressors, which is said to offer the highest level of air purity and significant gains in energy efficiency and sustainability at a low total cost of ownership, and the ELGi OF-series of air compressors with an integrated heat recovery system for optimal energy reuse in the form of hot water. The units deliver "0" class oil-free air for a wide range of compressed air applications and feature an internally designed and manufactured oil-free compressor stage.

Improving efficiency

Also at Hanover will be the ELGi EG Series air compressors with 2-stage compression and new drive motors to improve efficiency. These heavy-duty electrically lubricated rotary screw compressors are designed for reliability and easy maintenance, backed by an industry-leading warranty of up to ten years. Another innovation in reciprocating compressor technology is the ELGi LD series of oil-lubricated, direct-drive reciprocating compressors. Rounding out the ELGi offering is data-driven audit assessment of end-to-end compressed air systems and remote monitoring tools that enable operators to identify areas of air loss or inefficiencies, which is expected to contribute to increased system performance, sustainability, reliability and cost efficiency.
