Syntax, a global IT service provider and managed cloud provider, is showing at HANNOVER MESSE 2025 the possibilities that artificial intelligence offers medium-sized manufacturing companies: At the partner stands of SAP (Hall 15, Stand C19) and AWS (Hall 15, Stand D76), the company, based in Weinheim in the Baden region, will be presenting tried and tested solutions that combine technologies for Generative AI (GenAI) with proven production processes.

At the SAP partner stand, visitors can learn how manufacturing companies can use AI to exploit the full potential of SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM). Among other things, the experts from Syntax will show how SAP DM templates help to efficiently roll out standardized processes and best practices worldwide, how medium-sized companies can use the Syntax Compass to take advantage of a customized approach to RISE with SAP that is tailored to their requirements, and finally how GenAI for predictive maintenance closes the gaps between the shop floor and the top floor, reduces errors and increases efficiency. Visitors to the stand will also be able to experience a practical application of intelligent image processing with SAP DM using the “ArtBot”: the AI-controlled “artist” uses photos taken on the stand to paint portraits.

At the AWS partner stand, everything revolves around the integration of AI, IIoT and cloud services for efficient and continuously optimized processes. A joint showcase with Bosch and Pepperl + Fuchs, for example, shows how GenAI agents use RUL queries to prevent production downtime. Visitors will also learn how companies use the Syntax IoT Foundation to centrally control the flow of machine data and quickly develop customized IIoT solutions, and how data-driven insights can be directly integrated into SAP processes via closed-loop scenarios – for immediate efficiency gains and consistently optimized operations.

How companies can use AI technology to set new standards in production is also the central topic of the high-profile “AI in Industry” conference organized by Syntax. On April 3, leading experts from business and science will come together on the “Digital Transformation Stage” in Hall 17, Stand 44, to discuss current developments in the field of industrial AI applications.
