With around 1,700 participants and more than 100 speakers, FEMWORX 2025 set new standards. In 2026, the career congress enters the next round.

On April 23 and 24, 2026, FEMWORX will once again be an integral part of HANNOVER MESSE – with a clear goal: to make women in industry more visible, better connected, and stronger.

In 2026, FEMWORX will be even more closely integrated into HANNOVER MESSE. Joint formats on the Center Stage will link career and diversity topics directly with the key future fields of industry.

“My goal is an industry in which women enter the workforce naturally, advance in their careers, and take on leadership roles. FEMWORX provides visibility, networking, and empowerment – and demonstrates how diversity strengthens industry,” says Johanna Rudolph, Project Director FEMWORX at Deutsche Messe AG.

Platform for Visibility, Guidance, and Empowerment

The career congress supports women throughout their entire professional journey – from their first job to executive leadership. It offers:

  • Inspiration and guidance: Trends, opportunities, and career paths in industry.
  • Professional development: Hands-on sessions, best practices, and further training.
  • Visibility and a stage: Female experts and companies that embrace diversity as a driver of success.
  • Community and networking: Since 2024, regular side events have been fostering year-round exchange.
  • Advisory Board: Gratitude and New Impulses

At FEMWORX 2025, Angela Josephs and Gerlinde Sturm were honored with great appreciation for their long-standing commitment as members of the advisory board. For FEMWORX 2026, the board will be joined by three new members: Benjamin Maischak (Phoenix Contact), Rebecca Vangenechten (Siemens AG), and Regina Mehler (1ST ROW & WOMEN SPEAKER), who will contribute their expertise and perspectives to the further development of FEMWORX.
