Since its founding in 2014, DILICO has made a name for itself as a technology company serving national and international clients in research and industry. The Magdeburg-based company delivers customized measurement technology solutions that stand up to the demands of both complex research environments and continuous industrial operation. According to the provider, the products stand for precision, durability, and innovation—developed in close alignment with the challenges faced by users.

At HANNOVER MESSE 2026, Dilico Engineering is introducing a new generation of cell voltage monitoring: the Cell Voltage Pickup (CVP). The system is designed for monitoring individual cell voltages in fuel cell stacks, electrolysers, and battery systems.

The CVP combines cell contacting and data acquisition in a modular design. Voltages are tapped directly at the stack. According to the company, this is intended to make the measurement of individual cell voltages more accurate and less prone to interference. At the same time, cabling requirements are expected to decrease. DILICO sees advantages in this for integration into automated production environments. According to the company, the system can be adapted to different stack geometries and system sizes.

According to DILICO, the system, with its short measurement cycles, is suitable for both development tasks and continuous industrial operation. Continuous monitoring of defined under- and overvoltage thresholds is intended to detect critical operating conditions early, and standard interfaces such as CAN, RS232, and Profinet are designed to facilitate integration into existing control and automation concepts.
