BOGE , manufacturer of high-performance compressors, presents the new BOGE Analytics service at the Hannover Messe (hall 16, booth A04) and its Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) as part of that. The networked BOGE air compressors continuously supply sensor data on their running behavior, which is evaluated by pneumatic software. If anomalies occur, for example due to engine problems, an alert will be sent to the user’s mobile device. The software is also able to provide predictions about the future behavior and possible wear of the compressor.
The Continuous Improvement Programs, on the other hand, constantly check the performance of the machines and provide the relevant data to the manufacturer. BOGE analyzes this data and thus develops improvements that, for example, translate into lower energy consumption. As part of CIP, BOGE offers its customers free software and hardware updates of their devices. Only part of the savings will be billed for.
