When the core sectors of industry converge at HANNOVER MESSE from April 20 to 24, 2026, LAPP will once again be right in the thick of it. The global market leader in integrated solutions and branded products in the field of cable and connection technology will present a wide range of innovations and intelligent solutions for the connected industry at its new location in Hall 27, Booth J24. With a clear focus on future technologies, LAPP aims to provide decisive impetus for automation, digitalization, and sustainable production processes in 2026 as well.

Practical insights through interactive sessions

Under the motto “THINK TECH FORWARD,” HANNOVER MESSE showcases groundbreaking technologies for the connected industry. With the fair’s focus on artificial intelligence and industrial transformation, LAPP presents innovative new products that drive the digital transformation and specifically enhance existing systems. In addition, LAPP offers practical insights through interactive sessions, live demonstrations, and personalized consultations at its booth. Visitors can also look forward to customized solutions—including specialty cables, cable assemblies, box builds, and drag chain solutions—designed to perfectly meet specific requirements.

Diverse Connection and Automation Solutions

At this year’s trade show, LAPP is focusing on innovations designed to sustainably promote industrial transformation, optimize existing solutions, and set new standards. This includes new developments from the proven ÖLFLEX portfolio. The new ÖLFLEX ROBOT series was designed specifically for dynamic 3D movements in automation. The flexible PVC cables are designed to impress with their excellent bending and torsion properties and are tailored for demanding applications in robotics and automation. In particular, the 909 and 909 D variants can withstand up to 2 million bending and torsion cycles. Thanks to their UL certification, they are also suitable for use in the North American market. For environments with increased electromagnetic interference, the shielded versions 928 D and 909 D offer additional protection to ensure reliable signal transmission.

For high mechanical stress in moving applications

LAPP introduces the ÖLFLEX SERVO FD 797 CP for use in drag chains. This cable was specifically developed for high mechanical stress in moving applications and offers comprehensive performance features for this purpose: The easily separable inner jacket enables up to 50 percent faster and more precise cable preparation. Additionally, the cable is characterized by its optimized service life, which is designed to meet the requirements of particularly demanding applications.

Efficient signal transmission and space-saving connectors

The highly flexible PVC patch cable EPIC ClickConnect M12A enables fast and vibration-resistant signal transmission between sensors and actuators. Thanks to the M12 push-pull connectors, the cable is particularly suitable for use on moving machine parts and drag chains, offering a reliable solution for demanding applications. Also new to the range are the EPIC rectangular connector kits, available in both plastic and metal versions. The compact connectors were developed specifically for applications with limited installation space.

Reliable network solutions and cables for dynamic applications

In the industrial networking sector, LAPP is expanding its portfolio with the ETHERLINE ACCESS U Entry Level and the Gigabit Entry Level variant—unmanaged Fast Ethernet switches with five or eight ports. Both models operate fanless, making them particularly quiet and completely maintenance-free. This makes them ideally suited for cost-conscious Industrial Ethernet applications where robust technology and high operational reliability are paramount.

Hygienic, heat-resistant, and fire-safe cable glands

In the food and beverage industry, hygiene plays a central role. That is why LAPP places special emphasis on suitable cable glands. The SKINTOP CLEAN is cleanroom-compatible, offers microbial protection, and enables rapid contamination detection. With the SKINTOP HEAT and HEAT EMC variants, LAPP is also expanding its portfolio to include heat-resistant solutions that withstand temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius and provide reliable EMC protection.

For use in rail vehicles, the company offers SKINTOP TRAIN and TRAIN EMC, halogen-free cable glands designed to impress with enhanced fire safety and standards-compliant properties.

Experience intelligent networking: LAPP Smart Factory and interactive knowledge hub

In addition to numerous new products, the LAPP Smart Factory model is another highlight of the trade show presentation. Here, the connectivity specialist demonstrates how data connectivity and the use of LAPP components function in a production-like environment. Common protocol standards such as PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, CC-Link IE, Ethernet POWERLINK, and OPC/UA are supported. The model shows how industrial processes can be made more efficient and future-proof through intelligent networking and state-of-the-art technologies.

Valuable insights into the world of networked production solutions

The interactive LAPP Knowledge World offers an exclusive program of events. Visitors can look forward to practical live demonstrations, technical presentations, and exciting interactive sessions. These formats provide valuable insights into the world of networked production solutions and facilitate direct exchange with LAPP specialists. In a personal atmosphere, individual requirements are discussed and new approaches to process optimization are highlighted.
