With the new N-Line, the Swiss company has now introduced valves for high-performance fluid applications that ensure reliable and precise flow control at pressures up to 4,134 bar. The valves are available in three different versions.

Needle valves combine efficiency and durability

The new manual needle valve has been designed for maximum reliability and features a robust two-piece, non-rotating spindle design, bidirectional flow and a vibration-proof needle sealing unit with preloaded internal thread clamping – without any external locking mechanism. Ventilation openings on two sides also facilitate leak testing. The quick-opening version achieves full opening in just 1.75 turns – less than half that of conventional valves. Its innovative design lifts the spindle off the valve seat at least twice as fast, reducing throttling and extending the service life of the seat.

Reliable and versatile ball valves for demanding applications

NOVA Swiss ball valves are designed for maximum performance and durability, with all balls mounted on bearings to improve flow control and stability. Flow is bidirectional in all valves. With two standardised mounting options, they offer flexibility for different installation requirements. In addition, vent holes on both sides facilitate leak testing and enable quick and efficient maintenance. These valves are designed for reliability and, according to the manufacturer, offer outstanding efficiency in critical applications.

Check valves provide reliable protection

Check valves are designed to prevent backflow and reliably protect pressurised circuits from potential damage. Two seat variants are available for optimised sealing performance: the soft seat with metal backup for fast closing and reliable sealing, and the metal seat for a durable metal-to-metal seal – ideal for fast switching cycles and demanding applications. These valves have been developed for efficiency and durability and are designed to ensure optimum system protection and reliable performance.
