CRM, or customer relationship management, stands for the systematic design of an organisation's relationships and interactions with existing and potential customers. Heinz Boesl from Geisenhausen in Lower Bavaria is considered one of the pioneers in programming modern CRM software. Today he runs the software company he founded, ADITO, together with his son Johannes and Tobias Mirwald. The medium-sized company is now presenting the latest version of its ADITO xRM software at HANNOVER MESSE 2023.

Classic CRM upgraded to xRM

According to the developers, this is highly flexible and can always be adapted to individual company needs. At the same time, ADITO always remains fully release-capable. This is made possible by the unique approach of separating the application core from the solution. Among other things, the software offers a 360-degree view of companies and individuals. Whether documentation of a telephone call, customer appointments or internal arrangements - ADITO's xRM solution assigns all information as histories to the respective contacts. With the mobile version, which was also presented in Hanover, all data is also available in real time while on the road. Due to the open approach of the ADITO platform, other classic office solutions such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), data management systems (DMS) or business intelligence software (BI) as well as industry-specific third-party systems can be integrated into any system landscape.

Creating customised individual solutions

The ADITO solution should be quick to implement and perfectly adaptable to almost any company. Even with increasing requirements, ADITO grows simply and individually. And since every industry has its own requirements for a CRM solution, ADITO also offers supplementary industry modules - among others for the areas of construction and construction suppliers, mechanical engineering, logistics and life science.
