Deutsche Messe stages successful logistics trade show in Guangzhou
Under the motto "Intelligent Manufacturing, Smart Logistics – Embrace the New Era of Intelligent Logistics", LET – a CeMAT ASIA Event ended on 29 August.

Three additional trade shows took place concurrently: the Guangzhou International Cold Chain Logistics Exhibition 2020, the Guangzhou International Logistics and Supply Chain Exhibition 2020 and the IMS 2020 & IIoT Show 2020. More than 400 exhibiting companies from China and abroad presented their products and innovations to more than 30,000 trade visitors on 30,000 square meters of exhibition space.
Gary Liu, managing director of the Deutsche Messe subsidiary Hannover Milano Best Exhibitions (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., explained that the logistics industry had grown despite COVID-19. During the lockdown, many people opted for online shopping and delivery services. After the pandemic, production will also once again have an increasing need for logistics services with innovative technologies and solutions.
Attractive supporting program
LET – a CeMAT ASIA Event featured more than a dozen supporting events. Industry experts from the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics, the German Logistics Association and other institutions discussed the latest developments with international colleagues and deliberated the potential of intelligent logistics from the perspective of different user groups.
The next LET – a CeMAT ASIA Event runs from 25 to 27 May 2021 in Guangzhou.
