Adhesives, industrial cleaners and coatings, technical lubricants, industrial sealants, equipment and manufacturing solutions, and much more are bundled by the Düsseldorf-based company Henkel in its “Adhesive Technologies” division, especially in the “General Industry and Maintenance” area under the LOCTITE brand.
At HANNOVER MESSE 2025, LOCTITE is presenting, among other things, hydrogen-compatible thread sealing solutions developed for a wide range of components and devices handling hydrogen, designed to ensure optimal performance and safety. The threadlockers meet the requirements of KIWA GASTEC QA AR 214 and prevent leaks and vibration-induced loosening of connections, improving overall system efficiency while reducing maintenance requirements and operational downtime. LOCTITE says that the use of hydrogen-compatible threadlockers reliably supports every application in the hydrogen ecosystem, thus promoting the safe and efficient use of hydrogen as a clean energy source.
