BearingPoint reports that companies in Germany are making significant progress in other areas: Compared with 2017, strategies and visions are now clearly defined and the relevant associated responsibilities laid down.

Plus, many companies have now recognized the need to invest more in training their employees: According to a survey conducted by the Randstad Academy , 67% of industrial companies in Germany plan to expand their training programs.
