End-to-End Processes Reimagined
The Proalpha Group will showcase its Business Application Suite as well as AI, ERP, and data room solutions at HANNOVER MESSE 2026. The focus is on end-to-end processes, digital twins, Factory-X, and practical use cases for SMEs.

Proalpha, a leading provider of ERP and business applications for the SME manufacturing industry, will participate in this year’s HANNOVER MESSE in Hall 15 (Booth D14) together with its group companies Böhme & Weihs, Nemo, Gedys, Proalpha Metall, and Mapex. The Proalpha Business Application Suite is at the center of the company’s trade show presence. Additionally, at the SmartFactory-KL booth (Hall 13, Booth C35), the company will demonstrate—as part of a joint use case with Pfalzkom—how digital twins can be created from ERP data and utilized for various use cases along the supply chain—specifically, in the case of a digital product passport.
Integrating Value Creation More Closely
Faced with volatile supply chains, rising cost pressures, and growing transparency and sustainability requirements, medium-sized industrial companies today must integrate their value creation more closely. A key factor in this is a consistent process and data foundation that makes information usable across departments, systems, and partners.
Deriving measurable benefits from data
With the Proalpha Business Application Suite, Proalpha offers a comprehensive solution portfolio that combines finance, human capital management, and spend management with digital manufacturing and quality management as well as customer experience. It is available on-premises, in a hybrid setup, and in the cloud. The offering is complemented by ready-to-use AI applications that can be deployed directly across the entire value chain without complex implementation. Trade show visitors can see for themselves on-site how the suite enables end-to-end mapping of core processes and generates measurable benefits from data. Additionally, Proalpha demonstrates in concrete real-world scenarios the contribution productive AI can make to small and medium-sized enterprises.
Proalpha Group Portfolio Addresses the Entire Value Chain
The participating group companies will present their innovative technologies on-site. Under the motto “Less AI hype. More measurable benefits,” Nemo will showcase its AI-based cloud and analytics platform for business intelligence, process mining, and data-driven decision support, which leverages company data across the entire value chain. The focus is on optimization potential along the cash conversion cycle in procurement, production, sales, and inventory management, as well as data migration during an ERP changeover. The live demo “Intelligent Master Data Management” illustrates how AI, using tools such as Nemo and Part Advisor, keeps master data consistent and reduces the workload on departments.
Comprehensive Portfolio
With CASQ-it and MESQ-it, Böhme & Weihs intelligently integrates the disciplines of quality and production management—quality data flows directly into production and vice versa. AI-powered assistance systems such as the AI Buddy for complaint management will also be showcased, along with demonstrations for Green Quality and supply chain transparency. Also in the MES sector, Mapex will present its AI-powered MES platform, which aggregates real-time data from across the entire factory to sustainably increase overall equipment effectiveness and quality. GEDYS focuses on the Customer Experience area: The company’s no-code CXM supports the lead-to-order process with flexible workflows, Microsoft 365 integration, and a mobile CRM app. Proalpha Metall (MKG) rounds out the portfolio with an ERP system for small and medium-sized metalworking companies and machine builders that is ready for immediate use in just a few days.
Joint Use Cases at the Smart Factory Kaiserslautern Booth
The focus of Proalpha’s second trade show appearance is once again the Factory-X research project. Together with partners from industry, IT, and research, Proalpha will demonstrate at the SmartFactory-KL booth how the autonomous operation of machines can be supported via federated data spaces—from the automated detection of malfunctions to the initiation of appropriate service and maintenance processes. This builds on the demonstration shown at HANNOVER MESSE 2025 and consistently advances the use case.
Factory-X ready
Specifically, the demonstration shows how relevant information from the ERP system is made available for downstream processes via standardized interfaces and Factory-X connectors. This includes, in particular, the automated creation of service tickets, support for decision-making regarding service calls and spare parts requirements, as well as the preparation of further administrative processes in the ERP. Proalpha thus positions itself as “Factory-X ready” and lays the groundwork for translating future data room standards into concrete business applications for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Digital Twin and Product Passport
In addition, Proalpha, together with Pfalzkom, is presenting another use case centered on digital twins and the digital product passport. The demonstration shows how ERP data can be standardized and structured via the Asset Administration Shell and made available for interoperable exchange along the supply chain. Pfalzkom provides the technical foundation for hosting and security, while Proalpha demonstrates the integration of product-relevant data into ERP-related processes.
Both use cases exemplify Proalpha’s research and development activities in the areas of data spaces, digital twins, and interoperable business processes. They demonstrate how new technological concepts from initiatives such as Factory-X can be gradually translated into practical applications for medium-sized industrial companies.
“Seamlessly networked across system and company boundaries”
“Industrial companies need processes and data that are seamlessly networked across system and company boundaries—without isolated solutions and data silos,” emphasizes Michael Finkler, Managing Director of Business Development at the Proalpha Group. “Together with our group companies, we combine ERP, manufacturing, quality, customer experience, and AI into an integrated solution portfolio. At HANNOVER MESSE, we will demonstrate—both at our own booth and together with partners from SmartFactory-KL—how this generates concrete benefits—from end-to-end business processes to data-driven applications in Factory-X and the Digital Product Passport.”
