Dassault Systèmes and NVIDIA have announced a long-term strategic partnership aimed at establishing a shared industrial AI architecture for mission-critical applications across industries. The combination of Dassault Systèmes’ virtual twin technologies with NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure, as well as open models and accelerated software libraries, is intended to enable the development of scientifically validated industrial world models. Furthermore, the use of virtual companions on the agent-based 3DEXPERIENCE platform is expected to create new ways of working that provide targeted support to professionals with additional expertise.

“A Multiplier for Human Creativity”

“We are entering a new era in which artificial intelligence not only makes predictions or generates content, but understands the real world. When AI is based on science, physics, and verified industrial knowledge, it becomes a true multiplier for human creativity,” says Pascal Daloz, CEO of Dassault Systèmes. “Together with NVIDIA, we are developing industrial world models that connect digital twins with powerful computing. In this way, we help companies design, simulate, and operate complex systems in the fields of biology, materials science, engineering, and manufacturing. This partnership creates a new, fundamentally trustworthy foundation for industrial AI and enables scalable innovation across the entire Generative Economy.”

“Pioneers of Artificial Intelligence”

“Physical AI is the next evolutionary step for pioneers of artificial intelligence—firmly anchored in the laws of the real world,” adds Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA. “Together with Dassault Systèmes, we are combining decades of industrial experience with NVIDIA’s AI and Omniverse platforms. In doing so, we are fundamentally transforming how millions of researchers, designers, and engineers develop the world’s most important industries.”

Dassault Systèmes and NVIDIA Collaborate to Drive Progress Across All Industries

Dassault Systèmes is implementing AI factories as part of its sustainable and sovereign cloud strategy through its OUTSCALE brand. The OUTSCALE AI factories leverage NVIDIA’s latest AI infrastructure across three continents and create additional opportunities to run AI models on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. At the same time, data privacy, intellectual property protection, and the sovereignty of Dassault Systèmes’ customers are ensured.

Widespread use of AI factories

NVIDIA uses Dassault Systèmes’ model-based systems engineering (MBSE) for the development of AI factories. The approach starts with the NVIDIA Rubin platform and is integrated into the NVIDIA Omniverse DSX Blueprint to enable the widespread deployment of AI factories. This infrastructure supports Dassault Systèmes’ industrial digital twins using open NVIDIA models and software libraries, unlocking new possibilities in biology, materials science, engineering, and manufacturing.

Advancing Biology and Materials Research

The NVIDIA BioNeMo platform, combined with scientifically validated world models from BIOVIA, is designed to accelerate the discovery of new molecules and next-generation materials.

AI-powered design and engineering

AI-based virtual twins from SIMULIA, supported by NVIDIA CUDA-X libraries and AI physics libraries, are designed to enable designers and engineers to make precise predictions in near real time.

Virtual Twins for Every Factory

Virtual twins of global production systems created with DELMIA are combined with NVIDIA Omniverse libraries for “Physical AI” to form the foundation for autonomous, software-defined production systems.

Virtual Companions for Dassault Systèmes Users

The agent-based 3DEXPERIENCE platform connects NVIDIA’s AI technologies and open NVIDIA Nemotron models with Dassault Systèmes’ industrial world models. This is intended to give Virtual Companions access to deep industrial context and deliver trustworthy, actionable intelligence at an industrial level.

Industrial AI at scale

The partnership deepens the existing collaboration between Dassault Systèmes and NVIDIA and follows a shared long-term vision to develop, validate, and deploy industrial AI at scale. This is made possible across industries by combining Dassault Systèmes’ Virtual Twin Factories with NVIDIA’s AI technologies.
