German-Brazilian Economic Meeting 2024
The world is going through turbulent times and countries are looking for international stability and reliable partners. Brazil and Germany have a long-standing and successful economic partnership. The 40th German-Brazilian Economic Meeting from 22 to 24 September in the Autostadt Wolfsburg focuses on the further development of this relationship.

The focus is on the challenges and opportunities of bilateral cooperation and the strengthening of the economy. High-ranking representatives from business, politics, and academia discuss these issues and provide impetus for intensive personal exchange. Topics range from trade policy and the recruitment of skilled workers to digitalization, artificial intelligence, renewable energies and decarbonization.
Speakers include Germany’s Minister of Economics Robert Habeck, BDI President Siegfried Russwurm, CNI President Ricardo Alban, Minister President of Lower Saxony Stephan Weil, Volkswagen board member Gunnar Kilian and other decision-makers from business, politics and science.
